The Ministry and Theological Studies program is composed of 22 courses designed to introduce you to foundational topics in ministry and theological studies with a Wesleyan Pentecostal approach. AMD provides generous scholarships made available after enrollment in programs offered by our educational partners. All COGOP members in good standing are eligible for these scholarships.
AETH CERTIFICATION
Spirit and Life Seminary received certification from the Association for Hispanic Theological Education in 2022. AETH certification is recognized by the Association of Theological Schools as meeting the expectations of equivalence of studies at the university baccalaureate level.
THEC AUTHORIZATION
Spirit and Life Seminary is authorized for operation as a postsecondary education institution by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. Spirit and Life Seminary Candidacy, Certification, and Authorization
Candidacy Status
The Accreditation Commission of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools, also known as TRACS, granted Spirit and Life Seminary candidacy status effective January 1, 2024. TRACS is recognized by both the United States Department of Education (DE) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) as a national institutional accrediting agency for Christian post-secondary institutions, colleges, universities, and seminaries.

The primary role of Spirit & Life Seminary is to prepare men and women of the Church of God of Prophecy who will be equipped to fulfill the Great Commission. Through its academic programs of higher education, Spirit & Life Seminary seeks to expand the kingdom of God, build the Church, and equip its students to become effective Christian leaders and citizens.
